Özet
Bu Tez Çalışmasında; Kurumların arşivlerinde tozlu raflarda depolanmış bilgilerin kullanılabilir hale getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bilgi yönetimi sistemi ile bilgilerini elektronik ortama aktaran kurumlar bu sisteme ayak uyduramayan kurumlara göre daha hızlı bir bilgi ulaşımına ve değerlendirmesine sahip olup bu ayrıcalıkları onların daha verimli olmalarını sağlar.Emniyet Teşkilatı arşivlerinin bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak uygun bir yazılım ile verilere hızlı ulaşım ve çoklu sorgu yöntemleri ile olay, kişi, zaman ve diğer profillerin suç öncesi tespit edilerek buna göre alınacak tedbirlerin geliştirilmesinin faydaları ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır.
This study aims to streamline the data where have been on dusty shelfs of establishments. Establishments that transferred their data to computer based programs are success to reach and evaluate the data more than the others.This brings them to be profitable. Police datas which computerized with a compatible computer programme will give best searching alternatives speedily like person, case, time and the other profiles.
