Özet
Karizmatik liderlik ve örgüt kültürü kavramları hızlı değişimin olduğu günümüzde örgütlerin geleceği açısından önemli unsurlar olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Örgüt kültürünün oluşturulmasında karizmatik lider temel bir kurucu görevi görür. Çağımızda, karizmatik liderlik ve örgüt kültürünün öneminin giderek artması nedeniyle bu konu üzerine daha çok araştırmalar yapılmaktadır. Çalışmada karizmatik liderlik ve örgüt kültürü ve diğer unsurlar arasındaki ilişkiler teorik olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra, karizmatik liderlik kavramının örgüt kültürü üzerinde nasıl bir etki oluşturduğunun araştırılması öngörülmüştür. Karizmatik liderlik ve örgüt kültürü kavramlarının çağımızda değeri gittikçe artmasına karşın, sürekli gelişen ve değişen kavramlar olması nedeni ile kesin ve net bilgiler ortaya koymak mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada, 'Liderlik Kavramı ve Liderlik Teorileri' geçmiş ve günümüz şartlarına göre değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümündeki 'Karizmatik Liderlik' tüm dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye içinde önemli bir konu haline gelmiştir. Ayrıca, Karizmatik Liderlik Teorileri ışığında incelenerek örnekler ile önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra, ' Örgüt Kültürü' üzerinde durulmuştur. Örgütler, rekabetin giderek yoğunlaştığı dünyada yaşamlarını sürdürebilmek için sürekli gelişmek ve değişmek zorundadır. Bunun içinde örgüt kültürü kavramı geleceğin şekillenmesinde önemli bir rol oynayacaktır. Son olarak 'Karizmatik Liderlik ve Örgüt Kültürü' arasındaki ilişki üzerinde durulmuştur. At today's rapid change the concepts of Charismatic Leadership and Organizational Culture are significant factors in the future of the organizations. Charismatic leader is the basis of a building task in the creation of organizational culture. In our time, and more research is done on this issue because of the increasing the importance of charismatic leadership and organizational culture . In this study, the relationship between charismatic leadership and organizational culture, and other elements have been examined theoretically. In addition to this, this work investigate how the concept of Charismatic Leadership effect organizational culture. Despite the continuing increase the value of the concept of Charismatic Leadership and Organizational Culture on our age, it's hard to descripe them. In this study, firstly, the concept and the theory of Leadership tried to explained by considering past and present conditions. In the second part of the study, charismatic leadership defined, and given examples. Addition to that, Organizational Culture 'has been emphasized. In the competitive word,Wordanizations must develope. Finally, the study focuses on therelationship between 'charismatic leadership and organizational culture'.
