Evlilik süresinin, cinsel yaşama ve evlilik uyumuna etkisi ve sonuçların sosyo demografik özelliklere göre karşılaştırılması

Özet
Bu çalışmada, evlilik süresinin cinsel yaşam ve evlilik uyumuna etkisinin saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Buna ek olarak, sonuçların demografik özelliklere göre incelenmesi de sınanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla İstanbul ili sınırları içerisinde rastgele seçim yöntemi ile belirlenen 120 katılımcıya, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Arizona Cinsel Yaşantılar Ölçeği ve Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği uygulanmış, evlilik süresi ile evlilik uyumu ve cinsel yaşam arasındaki ilişki ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Verilerin analizleri için SPSS 21.0 istatistik paket programı kullanıldı. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre; katılımcıların Cinsel Yaşantı Ölçeği toplam puanı ile Evlilik Uyumu Ölçeği toplam puanı arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Katılımcıların Evlilik Uyumu Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları evlilik süresi değişkenine göre incelendiğinde grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Katılımcıların Cinsel Yaşantı Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamalarının evlilik süresi değişkenine göre incelendiğinde grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Katılımcıların Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamalarının yaş ve evlenme şekli değişkenlerine göre, grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunurken; cinsiyet, çalışma durumu, çocuk sayısı, eğitim düzeyi, ekonomik durum ve kaçıncı çocuk olduğu değişkenlerine göre grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Öte yandan Cinsel Yaşantı Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamalarının yaş, cinsiyet, çalışma durumu, çocuk sayısı ve evlenme şekli ilearasında anlamlı farklar görülürken; eğitim düzeyi, ekonomik durum ve kaçıncı çocuk olduğu değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar görülmemiştir.
The goal of this research is to examine effects of marriage duration on sexual life and marital satisfaction. In addition to this, analysis of the results have been also tested by demographical characteristics. Fort his purpose, 120 participants, who were randomly selected in Istanbul were subjected to a survey including Personal Information Form, Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale,Marital Satisfaction Scale and relationship between marriage duration, sexual life and marital satisfaction was analyzed. SPSS 21.0 statistical technique has been applied for the results of analysis. According to results of the study; there was a significant negative correlation between participants' Sexual Life Scale total score and Marital Satisfaction Scale total scores. (p<0,05) Marital Satisfaction Scale total score mean of participants when analyzed in terms of marriage duration variable; the average difference between groups was statistically significant. Sexual Experiences Scale total score mean of participants when analyzed in terms of marriage duration variable; the average difference between groups was not statistically significant. While the Marital Satisfaction Scale total score mean of the participants, according to age and marital status variables, is statistically significant for the group mean differences; the group mean differences, for the variables as gender, work status, number of childeren, educational level, economic conditions and oldest/youngest children, are found to be not significant. On the other side, Sexual Experiences Scale test total score mean is found to be significant with the age, gender, educational level, number of children and marital status; it is not found to be statistically significant with the educational level, economic conditions and oldest/youngest children.
