Motivation of employees: An implementation in Serik State Hospital

Motivasyon kavramı son yıllarda çalışma yaşamında fazlasıyla önemli bir hal almıştır. Son yüzyılda sanayi ve üretim süreçleri ile birlikte daha çok olgunlaşan bu kavram özellikle günümüzde hizmetler sektöründe de sıklıkla kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Buna dair kuramsal tartışmalar ise bu çalışmaya ayrıca ışık tutacak niteliktedir. Motivasyon kavramına ilişkin kuramsal tartışmalar bir yandan motivasyon sürecine ilişkin bir boyut taşırken öte yandan kapsamına ilişkin kuramsal tartışmalar da mevcuttur. Önemli olan bu noktada sosyo-ekonomik, psiko-sosyal ve örgütsel açılımları, konumuz olan hastane çalışanları üzerindeki motivasyon süreçleri ve kapsamı ile harmanlayabilmektir. Bu açıdan konunun motivasyon ve hastane çalışanları üzerindeki etkisini net biçimde ortaya koyabilmek araştırma safhası ile mümkün olmaktadır. Antalya Serik Devlet Hastanesi?nde çalışan sağlık personeli üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması sayesinde tezin sunduğu kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçeveye dayalı bulgularla, varsayımların güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği ortaya konulmuştur.
