Okul servislerinde çalışan motivasyonunu belirleyen faktörler ve çalışan motivasyonu ve performansı ilişkisinin incelenmesi: Bakırköy bölgesinde bir uygulama

Özet
Günümüzde her ailenin genellikle servis ile okula gönderdiği bir çocuğu olduğu ve bu süreçte çocukların ne kadar az görünse de servis şoförleri ve hostesleri ile vakit geçirerek okula ulaştığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, servis şoförlerini ve hosteslerini etkileyebilecek performans arttırıcı ve motive edici bir hizmet verilmesi amacına ulaşmak için Bakırköy bölgesinde bir anket çalışması yapılmış ve katılımcıların demografik özellikleriyle bağdaştırılarak güvenilirliğin ve kalitenin ne şekilde etkilendiğine dair bir değerlendirme yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu bölgede bir çalışma yapılarak bazı gözlemler yapılmak istenmiştir. Bu sürede etki verebilecek tutum ve davranışlar ile aile bireylerinin çocuklarını okula ulaştırmak için emanet ettiği kişilere güvenmelerini içeren aynı zamanda onların iş performansı ile ilişkisinin motivasyon üzerinden etkilerini daha kaliteli ve güvene dayalı iletişim unsurlarını barındıran bir anket sonucu ile amaca ulaşılmak istenmektedir. Anket çalışması sonucunda çocukların güvenli ulaşım koşullarında okullarına ulaşması o sürede içinde bulunduğu ortamdaki servis şoförleri ve hosteslerin eğitiminin, performans ve motivasyon artışlarının gerekliliğine bağlı olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
Nowadays, it is seen that every family has a child that they generally send to the school with school bus, and how little it seems to be in this process that their children reach the school by spending time with their school bus drivers and hostesses. In this study, a survey was conducted in Bakırköy region to reach the goal of providing a performance enhancing and motivating service that may affect school bus drivers and hostesses, and it was aimed to carry out the evaluation on how reliability and quality were affected by correlating the demographic characteristics of the participants. Some observations were made to conduct a research in this region. The aim is to reach the goal through a survey which includes attitudes and behaviors that may have an impact during this period and the trust of family members to those who bring their children to school, at the same time, involves the effects of its relationship with job performance of school bus drivers and hostesses via motivation, and higher quality and trust-based communication. As a result of the survey, it was observed that sending children to the school in safe transportation conditions depend on the necessity of the education, increase in performance and motivation of the school bus drivers and hostesses.
