SWARA-EDAS yöntemleri ile elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu lokasyonu seçimi ve İstanbul-Antalya güzergahı üzerine bir uygulama

Özet
Elektrikli araçlar, elektrik enerjisini yakıt olarak kullanan motor yapısına sahip araç tipleridir. Fosil yakıtlarla çalışan otomobiller nedeniyle doğal kaynaklar tüketilmektedir ve bu tüketim sonucu küresel ısınmanın etkileri artmaktadır. Fosil yakıtla çalışan motora sahip bir araca kıyasla elektrikli araçlar çevre dostudur ve dünyaya daha az karbon salınmasını sağlarlar. Bu çalışmada çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan SWARA ve EDAS yöntemleri günümüzde kullanımı giderek yaygınlaşan elektrikli araçların kullanımına sunulan elektrikli şarj istasyonu yer seçim probleminin çözümüne uygulanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında kurulan çok kriterli karar verme modelini oluşturan alternatif şehirler, belirlenen kriterler doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiş ve en uygun olan alternatif seçilmiştir. Tez kapsamında, 4 ana kriter, 12 alt kriter ve 3 alternatiften oluşan çok kriterli karar verme modeli oluşturulmuş ve önerilen model bütünleşik SWARA-EDAS yöntemleri ile çözülmüştür.
Electric vehicles are vehicle types with an engine structure that use electrical energy as fuel. Natural resources are consumed due to cars running on fossil fuels, and the effects of global warming are increasing as a result of this consumption. Compared to a vehicle with a fossil fuel-powered engine, electric vehicles are environmentally friendly and resulting in less carbon emissions to the world. In this study, SWARA and EDAS methods, which are both multi-criteria decision-making techniques, have been applied to the solution of the location selection problem for charging stations of electric vehicles. Alternative cities that formed by the multi-criteria decision making model, established within the scope of the study, were evaluated in line with the determined criteria and the most suitable alternative was selected. Within the scope of the thesis, a multi-criteria decision making model consisting of 4 main criteria, 12 sub-criteria and 3 alternatives was created and the proposed model was solved with integrated SWARA-EDAS methods.
