Özet
Hasta hakları konusunda sağlık meslek grubu içerisinde hasta ile iletişimi en fazla olan çalışan grup hemşirelerdir. Bu tez çalışmasında hemşirelik mesleği ile hasta hakları kavramları ele alınmış, hemşirelik mesleğinde çalışanların hasta hakları konusundaki bilgi düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Hak kavramı geniş anlamıyla ele alınıp, hasta haklarının tarihi gelişiminden bahsedilmiştir. Hem hasta penceresinden hem de çalışan penceresinden hasta hakları incelenip, bu konuda hasta eğitimleri ve hasta açısından hak kavramları bilgi düzeyleri de incelenmiştir. Dünyada ve Türkiye' de hasta hakları gelişimlerinden bahsedilmiştir. Hasta hakları yönetmeliği içerisinde geçen tüm haklar ayrıntılı incelenmiştir. Hastanın sağlık kuruluşuna başvurusundan başlayarak taburcu olana kadarki süreçte sağlık hizmetlerinden faydalanma hakkı, bilgi alma hakkı, bilgileri gizli tutma ve tıbbi müdahale rızası hakkı, insani değerlere saygı hakkı gibi geniş çaplı haklardan bahsedilerek konu irdelenmiştir. Hemşirelerin hasta hakları konusundaki bilgi düzeylerinin grafiklerle anlatılarak karşılaştırmalar ve açıklamalar yapıldı. Grafikler ve tablolar incelendiğinde eğitimin gerekli ve acil olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Hastaların hasta hakları konusunda gün geçtikçe eğitimlerle ve bilgi paylaşımları ile farkındalığı arttığını, hemşirelerin de bu farkında olma durumundan yararlanarak eğitim alması gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Nurses are the greatest ones of the health professional group that have a much better relationship with the patients . In this study , the concept of nursing profession and patient rights have been dealt with and the knowledge levels of nurses about the patient rights has been surveyed. The concept of rights has been dealt in the broadest sense , the historical development of patient rights has been mentioned. The patient rights have been examined in terms of both patients and employees and in this matter patient education and the knowledge level of the concept of rights in terms of patient have been also searched. The development of patients rights in Turkey and in the world has been mentioned. All the rights in Patients Rights Legistation have been examined in details. A wide range of rights such as the right to benefit of the patient during the process from starting the application to the discharged in a health care provider , the right of getting information , the right of keeping the information secret and approval of medical intervention and the right of respecting of human values have been discussed comprehensively. Nurses' levels of knowledge about patient rights have been compared and explained with graphics. When the graphics and charts have been examined, it is releaved that training is necessary and urgent. It has been emerged that the awareness of patients about the patient rights are increasing day by day with the help of training and information sharing and so nurses need to be got trained under cover of this awareness situation.
