Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı gebelikte depresyon, anksiyete ve beden saygısı ile ilişkili özellikleri tekil ve çoğul gebeliklerde karşılaştırarak incelemektir. Araştırma, Şubat 2015 ve Nisan 2015 tarihleri arasında, Bağcılar Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Doğum Servisinde yapılmıştır. Veriler 50 tekli 50 çoğul olmak üzere 100 gebeye uygulanmıştır. Hastalarla yüzyüze görüşülerek öncelikle çalışma anlatılmış ve sözlü onayları alındıktan sonra, Sosyodemografik Veri Formu, Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Hamilton Anksiyete Ölçeği, Hamilton Depresyon Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 21.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucuna göre Bireylerin gebelik türleri arasında depresyon ölçeği puanı açısından anlamlı fark bulunmaktadır (p<0.05). Çoğul gebelik yapmış olan bireylerin tekil gebelik yapmış olan bireylere oranla depresyon düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Bireylerin gebelik türleri arasında anksiyete ölçeği puanı açısından anlamlı fark bulunmaktadır (p<0.05). Çoğul gebelik yapmış olan bireylerin tekil gebelik yapmış olan bireylere oranla anksiyete düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. The purpose of this study is to compare and review depression, anxiety and self-respect in single and multiple pregnancies. The study was conducted at Bağcılar Training and Research Hospital Gynecology Service between February 2015 and April 2015. The data was applied to total 100 pregnant women, of which 50 is single and 50 is multiple pregnancies. First of all, face-to-face interviews were conducted with patients to explain the study to them and after obtaining their verbal consent, Sociodemographic Data Form, Rosenberg Self-Respect Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale were applied. The data obtained in the study was analyzed by using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 21.0 program. According to the results of the analysis, there is a meaningful difference in terms of depression scale rating of individuals for pregnancy types. (p<0.05). It was found that the depression level of individuals having multiple pregnancies is higher than those individuals having single pregnancy. There is a meaningful difference in terms of anxiety scale rating of individuals for pregnancy types. (p<0.05). It was found that the anxiety level of individuals having multiple pregnancies is higher than those individuals having single pregnancy.
