Süreyyapaşa Hastanesinde kaliteyi geliştirme ve performans değerlendirme uygulamaları (2008-2011 verilerinin karşılaştırılması)

Tezdeki amacımız ülkemizde verilen sağlık hizmetlerini kalite ve performans açısından incelemek ve Sağlık Bakanlığı kriterlerine göre ilgili hastanenin kurumsal performans değerlerini ortaya koyabilmektir.Tezimizin birinci bölümünde sağlık hizmetleri ve sağlık hizmetleri içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan hastaneler, kavramsal boyutu ile incelenmiştir. Tezimizin ikinci bölümünde kalite ve toplam kalite yönetimi kavramsal boyutu ile irdelendikten sonra hastanelerdeki boyutu ile ele alınmıştır.Tezimizin üçüncü bölümünde ise performans kavramı kurumsal performans boyutu ile sağlık bakanlığı kriterlerine göre irdelenmiştir. Tezimizin son bölümünde ise Süreyyapaşa Hastanesi'nin 2008 - 2011 yıllarındaki kurumsal performansı incelenerek çalışma sonuçlandırılmıştır.

The aim of our thesis in our country in terms of quality and performance of health services and the Ministry of Health to examine the values of enterprise performance according to the criteria in terms of demonstrating that hospital.The first chapter has an important place in health care and health services, the hospitals, were examined by the conceptual dimension. In the second part of the thesis with conceptual dimension to the discussion of quality and total quality management in hospitals is discussed with the size.In the third chapter the concept of performance according to the ministry of health to the size of corporate performance are discussed. In the last part of the thesis Süreyyapaşa Hospital in 2008-2011 years of the study was concluded by examining organizational performance.
