Özet
Sağlıklı yaşamın temel kuralı besinlerin dengeli ve yeterli ölçüde vücuda alınması ve vücutta uygun şekilde kullanılmasıdır. Uygun beslenme hastanede yatan hastaların tedavilerinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Çünkü hastalık döneminde, insan organizması beslenme yetersizliğine daha duyarlı hale gelip, birçok sağlık sorununun ortaya çıkması kolaylaşıp, vücut direnci düşmekte, hastanede kalış süresi uzayıp, ölüm oranları artmaktadır. the rule of leading a healthy diet is through consuming food in appropriate proportions and uses it in the body in an appropriate manner. Consuming healthy proportions of meals for patients are essential for their healing. Because during illness, if the one gets inadequate nutrition to the body becomes more snsitive and as a result all other health problems come to surface in the body and the body's resistance to illness becomes extremely low and it results in having to stay in the hospital further longer.
