Özet
Karapara, toplumda kolay yoldan para kazanma eğilimlerini artırmakta, toplumda mafyalaşma sürecinin başlamasına sebep olmaktadır. Her yıl aklanan ve ekonomik sisteme giren karaparanın miktarı ülkelerin ekonomik ve mali sistemlerini tehdit eder boyutlara varmıştır. Aklanan karapara sayesinde kayıt dışı bir ekonomi yaratılmış, ortaya çıkan kayıt dışı ekonomi ülkelerin uygulamaya koyduğu mali ve siyasi politikaların sonucunu etkilemeye başlamıştır. İşte ?Karapara ve Karapara Aklama? adlı bu tez çalışmamızda; ?karapara? kavramının ortaya çıkışını, tarihçesini, ulusal ve uluslararası yapısını kriminolojik, sosyolojik ve hukuki bakımdan bilimsel anlamda incelemeye çalışacağız.Anahtar sözcükler; Karapara, Karapara Aklama, Finans, Mücadele.
Black Money, causes to starting of Mafia organizing process, increases to the easy money making tentencies on community the amount of loundered, and incoming money had been become a threaten dimension for the economic and financial systems every year. Due to laundered money, an unrecorded economy had created, affecting to the results of economic policies, issued by the countries. So, on this thesis, named ?Black Money and Money Laundering Guilt?, we will be trying to study, sciencetifically, the existance of ?Black Money? concept, it?s brief history, national and international structure, on criminal, social and Judicial basis.Keywords Black Money, Money Laundering, Finance, Struggling.
