Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında yaşam kalitesi ve sağlık çalışanları arasındaki ilişki ve bunun ne gibi etkilerinin olduğu ele alınmıştır. Sağlık çalışanlarının yaşam koşulları ve iş yaşantısına ilişkin problemlerin giderilmesiyle yaşam kalitelerinin yükseltilmesi açısından önemlidir. Verilen hizmetin sunumu, hasta memnuniyeti ve hasta bakım hizmetleri açısından da önem taşımaktadır. Sağlık hizmetlerinde önemli noktalardan birisi de etkin ve verimli kaliteli hizmet sunumudur. Sağlık çalışanlarının kalitelerinin yüksek olması ile verilen hizmet doğru orantılıdır. Sonuç olarak sağlık çalışanları yaşam kalitesi, sağlık personeli ve sağlık personelinin yaşam kalitesi araştırılarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yaşam kalitenin hem çalışma yaşantısında hem de günlük hayatta korunması ve geliştirilmesi en önemli amaçlardan biri olmalıdır.
