Abstract
İş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları günümüzün en büyük sorunları arasında yer almaktadır. Özellikle Sağlık çalışanlarının; hastalarla en fazla bir arada bulunarak vakit geçirmeleri, aynı zamanda hastaların tedavi ve bakımlarını doğrudan uygulamakta olmaları nedeniyle sağlıkla ilgili riskler ile karşılaşabilme olasılıklarının çok yüksek olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Yoğun Bakım Üniteleri; yüksek teknoloji ve karmaşık monitörizasyon yöntemlerinin kullanımı, bir veya daha çok organlarında ya da organ sistemlerinin çalışmasında çok ciddi işlevsel bozukluklar olan kritik hastaların bakım ve tedavisinin yapılması nedeniyle çalışan güvenliği açısında oldukça risklidir. Çalışmada kaynak taraması esas alınarak iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kapsamında yoğun bakım ünitesinde karşılaşılan risk ve tehlikeler üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği üzerinde durularak sağlık çalışanlarından olan yoğun bakım çalışanlarının yapmakta oldukları işler ile hasta profilleri, çalışma ortamları ve koşullarından kaynaklanabilecek tehlike ve riskler tanıtılmıştır. Ayrıca gereken hukuki düzenlemeler ve alınması gerekli olan tedbirlere yönelik olarak ayrıntılı bir kaynak oluşturması hedeflenmiştir.

Intensive Care Units; the use of high-tech and complex monitoring method, one or more organs or organ systems is very serious in the operation of functional disorders and treatment of critical patients care due to employee safety in terms of quite risky. The study is based on sourcing within the scope of the occupational health and safety in the ICU focuses on risks and dangers encountered. In this study, with an emphasis on safety and health at work are employees of the intensive care health workers they are things with patient profiles, working environments and conditions that might be related to danger and risk are introduced. In addition to legal regulations and measures needed to be taken as an exhaustive resource for the aim is to create.
