Özet
Toplumların yaşamını doğrudan etkileyen, yaşam kalitesini yükselten olmasa olmazlarından biriside yeterli ve güvenilir sağlık hizmeti alabilmeleridir. Sağlık hizme-tinin yoğun olarak verildiği kurumlardan birisi de hastanelerdir. Hastanelerde kaliteli bir hizmet sunumu gerek işgücünün gerekse kullanılan malzemelerin doğru planlanması ile mümkündür. Hizmet sunumunda kullanılan malzemenin gerek kalitesindeki eksiklikler, gerek istenilen zamanda temin edilememesi gibi hususlar doğrudan hizmet kalitesini etkilemekte, ayrıca sağlıkta telafisi mümkün olmayan durumlara sebebiyet verebilmektedir. Bu nedenlerle sağlık hizmetlerinde geri dönüşü mümkün olmayan durumların ortaya çıkmaması ve sağlık hizmetinin sürekliliği için hastanelerde malzeme yönetiminin iyi organize edilmiş bir şekilde yapılandırılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; tedarik zinciri kavramı, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, yönetim süreçleri, tedarik zinciri yönetimin avantaj ve dezavantajları üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde hastane işletmelerinin yapısı, hastanelerde malzeme yönetimi, malzeme yönetimi hakkında politika ve programların belirlenmesi, hastanelerde malzeme yönetimi ve organizasyonu anlatılmıştır. In service delivery deficiencies in the quality of the materials used need, such issues need not be provided at any time directly affects the quality of services, as well as in health can cause irreparable situation. For these reasons it is not possible return in health services and the emergence of continuity of care in the hospital for a well-organized management of materials must be configured. In the first part of this study; The concept of supply chain, supply chain management, process management, supply chain management focuses on the advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the structure of the hospital business, hospitals materials management, materials management, identification of relevant policies and programs, hospital management and organization of the material is described.
