Özet
Çalışmanın amacı psikiyatri hastanesinde çalışan sağlık personelinin meslek algısı ve tükenmişlik düzeyinin örgütsel bağlılıkla ilişkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada bir kamu psikiyatri hastanesinde çalışan sağlık profesyoneli olan 280 kişinin meslek algısı ve tükenmişlik düzeyinin örgütsel bağlılıkla ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Psikiyatri alanı multidisipliner bir çalışma alanıdır. Psikiyatri hastanesinde çalışan meslek üyelerinin hastalarla ve danışanlarla doğru iletişim kurması önemlidir. Bu durumda çalışanların motivasyonunun tam olması, meslek algısının yüksek olması, gerekli eğitim ve donanıma sahip olması gerekir. Araştırmada Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, Meslek Algısı Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise SPSS 25.0 programı ile; frekans ve yüzde analizi, betimsel istatistik, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, tek yönlü Anova analizi, pearson korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Verilerin güvenilirliği Cronbach's Alpha güvenilirlik katsayısı ile test edilmiştir. Arştırma sonucunda psikiyatri hastanesinin çalışanlarının meslek algısı, örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır.
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between occupational perception and burnout level and organizational commitment of health personnel which is working in psychiatric hospitals. In this study, the relationship between occupational perception and burnout level and organizational commitment of 280 health care professionals working in a public psychiatric hospital was examined. The field of psychiatry is a multidisciplinary field of study. It is important that professional members of the psychiatric hospital communicate correctly with patients and clients. In this case, the employees should be fully motivated, have a high perception of profession, and have the necessary training and equipment. İn this study Maslach Burnout Scale, Occupational Perception Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were used. SPSS 25.0 program was used to analyze the data; frequency and percentage analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way Anova analysis, pearson correlation analysis were performed. The reliability of the data was tested with Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient. As a result of this study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the professional perception, organizational commitment levels and burnout levels of the psychiatric hosptital employees.
