Özet
Bu çalışmada; Sivil havacılık sektöründe toplam kalite yönetimi, örgüt iklimi ve iş tatmini konuları arasındaki ilişki açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Kabin Personelinin örgüt iklimi boyutunda çalışma ortamı, güven duygusu ve doyum unsurlarını toplam kalite yönetiminin ne derece etkilediğini belirlemek açısından da yol gösterici olacak, sektörde genel bir yargıya vararak bir değerlendirme yapmanın mümkün olabileceği düşünülmüştür. Toplam kalite yönetimi işletmelerde verimliliği arttırmak, hatayı ortadan kaldırmak, müşteri istek ve beklentilerini karşılamak amacıyla tüm çalışanlarca katılımın sağlandığı bir yönetim anlayışıdır. Toplam kalite yönetimi alt faktörlerinden olan müşteri odaklılık, tam katılım, liderlik, sürekli gelişme, takım çalışması ve sürekli eğitim başlıkları ele alınarak örgüt iklimi ve iş tatmini üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalıştıkları işletmede pozitif bir örgüt iklimi algılayan çalışanlarda iş tatmini yüksek değere sahip olur. Çalışanların iş tatmini arttıkça işletmelerine olan güven duygusu, duydukları doyum ve çalışma ortamındaki ilişkileri olumlu yönde gelişmektedir. Örgüt İklimi anlayışına sahip bir işletmenin çalışanlar üzerindeki iş tatminine olan etkisi bu çalışmada gösterilmiştir. Araştırma grubundaki kabin ekiplerinin demografik faktörleri incelenmiş olup, cinsiyet, gelir ve eğitim durumunun, toplam kalite yönetimi ve iş tatmini üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark oluşturmadığı görülürken, medeni durum, çalışma süresi, yaş ve unvan değişkenlerinin fark oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Anket ve analizler sonucunda toplam kalite yönetimi alt faktörlerinden liderlik ve sürekli eğitimin iş tatmini üzerine, pozitif etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Örgüt iklimi alt faktörleri olarak incelenen çalışma ortamı, güven duygusu ve doyumun, iş tatmini üzerine pozitif etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The objective of this study is to explain the association of Total Quality Management and Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction in the civil aviation sector. It was thought that it would be possible to make an assessment by reaching a general judgment in the sector in terms of determining the extent to which TQM affects the working environment, confidence and satisfaction factors in the aspect of organizational climate of the cabin crew. Total Quality Management is a management approach that enables all employees to participate in increasing the productivity in the enterprises, eliminate errors, meet customer demands and expectations. The impacts of Total Quality Management sub-factors on organizational climate and job satisfaction have been examined by addressing the following topics: customer orientation, full participation, leadership, continuous improvement, teamwork and continuing training. Employees who have a positive organizational climate while executing their jobs have high job satisfaction in their work. As employees' job satisfaction increases, their confidence in their business, their satisfaction and their relations in the working environment are affected positively. The impact of an enterprise with organizational climate understanding on job satisfaction on employees has been manifested in this study. The demographic factors of the cabin crew in the study group have been examined and it was noted that while gender, income and education status, TQM and Job Satisfaction did not have a significant statistical difference, marital status, employment duration, age and title changes made a difference. As a result of the executed surveys and analyses, it was concluded that out of the TQM sub-factors leadership and continuous training had a positive impact on job satisfaction. It has been concluded that working environment, confidence and gratification which were examined as organizational climate sub-factors had a positive impact on job satisfaction.
