Özet
The selection of a project manager is a critical determinant of project success, particularly in competitive and dynamic environments. Traditional methods often face challenges in addressing the subjective and imprecise nature of candidate evaluations. This study applies a structured evaluation framework that utilizes the fuzzy TOPSIS approach and incorporates Interval Type-2 (IT2) fuzzy logic to handle these complexities. The evaluation is conducted based on key criteria, including technical competence, managerial skills, and communication abilities. The framework is validated through a case study, and sensitivity analysis is employed to test the stability and reliability of the results. The findings demonstrate that this approach enhances decision-making by providing a structured and dependable evaluation process. By leveraging this framework, organizations can optimize resource allocation, improve project outcomes, and enhance their decision-making practices in human resource management.
