Kayıt dışı ekonomi ve istihdamın yönetim organizasyon açısından sorunları

Kayıt dışı ekonomi, ekonomide hiçbir yasal belgede adı geçmeyen, kayıt altına alınmayan kayıtlı ekonominin dışında gelişen yasa dışı, kayıt altına alınmayan faaliyetlerin bütünüdür. Gelişmekte olan ülkelerde ekonomik yapının en büyük sebeplerinden biri olarak meydana gelen kayıt dışı ekonomi ve istihdam, ülkelerin reel satın alma güçlerine göre değişiklik göstermektedir. Bu sebeple kayıt dışı ekonominin ülkelerde uygulanması ve politikaların önemi ülkelerdeki gelişmişlik düzeylerine göre değişecek ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde daha önem taşıyacaktır. Çalışmamızda anlatıldığı gibi kayıt dışı ekonominin olumlu yönleri olduğu gibi olumsuz yönleri de bulunmaktadır. Kayıt dışı ekonominin etkilerinin uzun vadede çok kalıcı olduğu ve alınacak önlemlerin uzun vadeli olarak hesaplanması gerektiği yapılan çalışmalar ile ortaya konmuştur. Kayıt dışı ekonominin ülke ekonomisine etkisi özellikle mali alanda oluşacak enflasyon ve işsizlik gibi kavramların ortaya çıkararak ülkede spekülatif hareketlere sebep olmaktadır. Kayıt dışı ekonominin artması ülkede vergi gelirlerinin azalmasına ve bu da kamusal hizmetlerdeki azalışa sebep olacaktır Kayıt dışı ekonominin azalmasında ve hatta yok edilmesinde vatandaş kadar devletin rolü de önemlidir. Ayrıca yapılacak çalışmalarla kayıt dışı ekonominin olumsuz yönleri ortaya konarak çeşitli çalışmalarla bu konuda uygulanacak politikalar ortaya konmalıdır.
