The study is based on the effectiveness of buildings in shaping the environment during the historical process of work, and it is based on the continuity of buildings as a result of identity change. In the study, changes in architecture, identity, and continuity were examined in the facades on Atatürk Boulevard in Ankara. Spaces from the past to the present have been reconstructed as a result of political, social, and cultural changes. Architectural structures constitute the identity of the city and provide information about many dynamics and transformations of the city. Facades are, in a sense, a reflection of change today. With the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the nation-state understanding dominated state policies, and cities underwent changes in the context of nation-state policies. Ankara, being the capital, is the province where nation-state policies are implemented and is a pioneer in urbanization. Atatürk Boulevard is one of the first centers shaped by the nation-state understanding, and the facades on the boulevard provide information about this emerging new identity. Therefore, in the study, information about public buildings built on Atatürk Boulevard is provided, and facade analyzes are made through the concepts of "change, continuity, and identity.
