Özet
1970'li yıllardan itibaren uluslararası finansal piyasalar önemli bir geçiş dönemine tanık oldu. Uluslararası finansal piyasaların küreselleşmesi, sermayenin serbest dolaşması, teknolojik gelişmeler ve artan rekabet koşulları yeni bir süreci, finansal istikrarsızlığı başlattı ve işletmeleri finansal risk kavramıyla karşı karşıya getirdi. Günümüzde sağlık hizmetlerine olan talebin artması en karmaşık yapıya sahip olan örgütler arasında yer alan sağlık işletmeleri arasında özellikle de özel sektörde kaliteli sağlık hizmeti sunmak için büyük bir rekabet ortamının oluşmasına neden oldu. Sağlık hizmetleri kalitesi için, ileri teknolojik donanım ve uzmanlaşma gerekmektedir. Bu nedenlerle hastanelerin finansal analizleri, varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri ve rekabetçi ortamda daha iyi hizmet verebilmeleri açısından önemlidir. Rekabet koşullarının artışı, risk ve kazanç dengesinin iyi kurulamadığı, finansal risk yönetiminin doğru ve etkin yapılamadığı kurumlar üzerinde olumsuz etkiler oluşturabilmektedir. Bu nedenle kurumların varlıklarının devamlılığını sağlamada ve hedeflerine ulaşmalarında finansal risklerini belirlemek, ölçmek ve yönetmek günümüzde son derece hayati bir konudur.Bu..çalışmada, sağlık işletmelerinde finansal risk olgusunu ve finansal risk yönetimine ilişkin uygulamaları ölçmeye yönelik bir uygulama yapılmıştır.
International financial markets witnessed an important transition period since the 1970s. The globalization of the international financial market, free movement of capital, technological advances and increased competitive conditions has started financial instability which is a new process and the company has faced with financial risk concept. Today, the increasing demand for health services was caused to the creation of a competitive environment to provide quality health services between the enterprises of health, especially in the private sector, which are among the organizations with the most complex structure located. For the good quality of health services needed advanced technological equipment and expertise. Because of these reasons financial analysis of hospitals is vital to ensure their survival and can provide better service in a competitive environment. Increased competition conditions can lead to exterminator effect on the institutions which are the risk-benefit balance is not well established and financial risk management can not be done correctly and efficiently. Therefore, institutions' 'sustainable growth' target to achieve to determine the financial risks effectively, measure and manage is extremely important. In this study, an application made to measure to financial risk cases and the applications related to financial risk management in health institutions.
