Tiyatro oyuncularında borderline ve narsisistik kişilik özelliklerinin optimal performans duygu durum ve öznel kariyer başarısı ile ilişkisi

Özet
Bu araştırma tiyatro oyuncularının, Borderline, Narsisistik kişilik özellikleriyle optimal performans duygu durum ve öznel kariyer başarıları arasındaki ilişkilere odaklanmaktadır. Bu amaçla araştırma içerisinde Sosyo Demografik Form, Borderline Kişilik Ölçeği, Narsisistik Kişilik Envanteri, Optimal Performans Duygu Durum Ölçeği ve Öznel Kariyer Başarısı Ölçeği İstanbul Şehir Tiyatrosu'ndan seçilen 100 kadın ve 100 erkek olmak üzere toplamda 200 katılımcıya uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda yalnızca Narsisistik kişilik özellikleri ile öznel kariyer başarısı arasında ve optimal performans duygu durum ile öznel kariyer başarısı arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Ayrıca Borderline kişilik özellikleri ile medeni durum arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Borderline ve Narsisistik kişilik özellikleri, optimal performans duygu durum ve öznel kariyer başarısı ile yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, çocuk sahipliği ve yaşam ortamı arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunamamıştır. Narsisistik kişilik özellikleri, optimal performans duygu durum ve öznel kariyer başarısı ile medeni durum arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunamamıştır. Elde edilen bulgular alanyazın kapsamında tartışılmıştır.
This research focuses on the relationship between theater actors' Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Traits, dispositional flow state and subjective career success. For this purpose, Demographic Form, Borderline Scale, Narcissistic Personality Inventory, Dispositional Flow State-2 Scale, Subjective Career Success Scale were applied to 200 participants selected from Istanbul State Theater and the data were analyzed in SPSS 25.0 program. At the beginning of the research, hypotheses were established that the relationships between the variables mentioned above would be significant. As a result of the study, a meaningful relationship was found between narcissistic personality traits and subjective career success, dispositional flow state and subjective career success. Also, there was found statistically significant difference between marital status variable and borderline personality traits. There weren't found significant differences between borderline and narcissistic personality traits, dispositional flow state, subjective career success and age, gender, educational status, parental status and personal living environment variables. There wasn't found significant difference between narcissistic personality traits, dispositional flow state and subjective career success and marital status variable. Results were discussed in literature review context.
