Özet
Pozitif ve negatif düşünce, insan zihninden gelen olumlu ya da olumsuz iç seslerdir. Yapılan araştırmalarda mutlu olan çalışanların çok daha başarılı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada, pozitif ve negatif düşüncenin, işletme içerisindeki durumunun analizi yapılmıştır. İşletmenin verimli olabilmesi, çalışanların pozitif düşüncelerine bağlıdır. Çünkü pozitif düşünce insanın mutlu olmasını sağlamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, işletme çalışanlarında pozitif ve negatif düşüncenin İstanbul ilinde, iş gücü verimliliğine nasıl bir etki yaptığını araştırmaktır. Çalışma İstanbul ilinde bir alan araştırmasıdır. İşletme çalışanlarının pozitif ve negatif düşüncelerinin işgücü verimliliğine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Deneysel araştırma modeline göre yapılan bu araştırmada, pozitif düşünen insanların daha başarılı olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Verilerin analizlerine bakıldığında, işletme çalışanlarının pozitif düşünmesi işletme verimliliğini arttırmaktadır. Positive and negative ideas are positive and negative inner voices which are come from human mind. It has emerged that happy workers are more succesful. In this work it has analysed the circumtance of positive and negative idea in the business management. The productivity of business management depends on workers positive ideas. Because positive idea enables happiness for human. The aim of this study is to search how the employees's positives and negatives thoughts effect the labor productivity. It has investigated that business management worker's positive and negative idea upon labor productivity in the city Istanbul. According to the experimental research model, in this research it has observed that people who thinks positively are more succesful.
