Özet
Enfeksiyonların ve bu enfeksiyonların neden olduğu ölümler, tarih boyunca bilim insanları tarafından enfeksiyonlara yönelik tedbirlerin alınmasının gerekliliğinin anlaşılmasını doğurmuştur. Enfeksiyonlar ve meydana gelen ölümler arasındaki bağlantının anlaşılması, çok iyi bir gözlemi gerektirmektedir. Enfeksiyonların gözlenerek, ampirik yöntemlerle ortaya konulması ile başlayan süreç günümüzde modern yöntemlerin gelişmesinin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Hastane enfeksiyonlarının önemine varılması ve kontrol altında tutulabilmesi için yaşanmış vakaların istatistiğinin tutulması gereklidir. İstatistik tutmak, önlem almak kadar önemlidir. Yaşanmış vakaların istatistiği ile ayrılması gereken bütçeler öngörülerek, yeterli derecede önlem alınabilir. Bu noktada sağlık çalışanlarına, hasta yakınlarına ve özellikle Sağlık Bakanlığı'na büyük görevler düşmektedir. Her sağlık kurum ve kuruluşu kendi enfeksiyon birimlerini oluşturmalıdır ve bu konuda titiz davranmaları ve sürdürülebilirliği korumaları şarttır. Bu çalışmada; geçmişten günümüze önemini hala korumakta olan hastane enfeksiyonlarının önemi, çeşitleri, nedenleri ve enfeksiyondan korunmak için alınması gereken önlemler üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmada hastane enfeksiyonlarının çağlar boyunca gösterdiği gelişmeler ele alınarak, günümüz ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bulaşma yollarına ayrıntılı şekilde değinilerek, bunların önlenmesi için uygulanması gereken yöntemlerden söz edilmiştir. Hijyen konusu ve hastanedeki tüm birimlerin tek tek bakım ve sterilizasyonunun yapılması hayati önem arz etmektedir. Hastanelerin alt yapı ve mimarisinin sağlık koşullarına uygun yapılması gerekmektedir. Ameliyathaneden, mutfağa, atık deposuna kadar her birim ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır. Sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışan insanların enfeksiyon konusunda bilinçlendirilip, eğitilmesi önemli diğer bir konudur. Anahtar Kelimeler : Enfeksiyon, Hastane, Hemúireler, Korunma
Infections and deaths caused by these infections, throughout the history of the adoption of measures for infection by scientists has led to an understanding of the requirements. Understanding the link between infection and deaths requires a very good observation. Observing the infection, starting with the process set out by empirical methods today is the basis for the development of modern methods. To be reached on the importance of hospital infections and kept under control occurred case it is necessary to keep the statistics. Keep statistics is as important as prevention. The statistics of the cases occurred budget should foresee a separation may be sufficient measures. At this point, health staff, great responsibility falls to the patients and their relatives, especially the Ministry of Health. Each health institutions should develop their own infection unit and be meticulous about it, and sustainability of protection is essential. In this study we focused on importance, types and precautions of nosocomial infections, which still maintains its importance, from past to present. In this study, the development of nosocomial infections by taking over the ages, have been compared with the present. Transmission routes were discussed in detail and methods for prevention were mentioned. Hygiene and sterilization of the all units at hospital are very important. infrastructure and architecture of hospitals must be builted in accordance with health conditions. Operating room, the kitchen, a separate waste storage room are important to each unit. People who work in health care organizations infections, should be trained about is another important issue.
