Yerel yönetimlerin sunduğu sağlık hizmetlerinde hasta memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörler

Özet
Belediyelerdeki sağlık birimleri, özel ve diğer sağlık kurumlarında olduğu gibi hastalarının memnuniyetini ve bağlılığını sağladıkça daha da gelişirler. Bu çalışma yerel yönetimlerin sunduğu sağlık hizmetlerinde hasta memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tezde örneklem olarak Trabzon Büyükşehir Belediyesi revirinden hizmet alan hastalar ve Trabzon Kanuni Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi polikliniklerinden hizmet alan hastalara yönelik anket uygulamasının analiz sonuçlarına göre hasta memnuniyetlerinin değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya belediye revirinden ve hasta polikliniklerinden hizmet alan toplam 302 hasta katılmıştır. Hastaların demografik bilgileri ile verilen cevaplar arasında bulunan ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları, cinsiyet, evlilik durumu, eğitim düzeyi ve gelir gibi demografik faktörlerin hizmet memnuniyetini etkilediğini göstermektedir. Hastane ve belediye hizmetlerine başvuran hastalar arasında belirgin farklılıklar tespit edilmiş, özellikle doktor hizmeti, hastane genel görünümü ve erişim altında önemli varyasyonlar belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgular, sağlık hizmetlerinde bireysel ihtiyaçlara odaklanmanın önemini vurgulayarak, hizmet kalitesini artırmak için rehberlik sağlayabilir. Araştırmaya göre, sağlık hizmeti memnuniyetinin bireysel ihtiyaçları ve kişisel talepleri karşılamakla doğru orantılı olduğu söylenebilir. Araştırma hastane ve belediye hizmetlerinin genel olarak toplumda daha olumlu bir etki bırakmasına ve hastaların memnuniyetini artırmaya katkı sağlayabilir.
Health units in municipalities, like private and other health institutions, develop further as they ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of their patients. This study aims to determine the factors affecting patient satisfaction in the health services provided by local governments. In the thesis, patient satisfaction was evaluated according to the analysis results of the survey applied to the patients receiving service from the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality infirmary and the patients receiving service from the Trabzon Kanuni Training and Research Hospital polyclinics. A total of 302 patients receiving service from the municipal infirmary and outpatient clinics participated in the research. The relationship between the demographic information of the patients and the answers given was examined. The research results show that demographic factors such as gender, marriage status, education level and income affect service satisfaction. Significant differences were detected between patients applying to hospital and municipal services, especially significant variations were identified under doctor service, nurse service, hospital general appearance and access. These findings may provide guidance to improve service quality by highlighting the importance of focusing on individual needs in healthcare. According to the research, it can be said that health service satisfaction is directly proportional to meeting individual needs and personal demands. The research can contribute to hospital and municipal services having a more positive impact on society in general and increasing patient satisfaction .
