Özet
Bu çalışmada aile şirketlerinde informel örgüt yapısı ve fiziksel çalışma koşullarının şirketlerin performanslarını ne ölçüde etkileyeceğinin araştırılması hedef alınmıştır. Dünyada ve Türkiye' de aile şirketleri ekonomik anlamda önemli bir yere sahiptir. Aile şirketleri genel yapıları itibariyle Formel (biçimsel) yapının yanı sıra informel (biçimsel olmayan) grupların ve yapının oluşumunu kolaylaştırmaktadır. İnformel yapılar aile şirketlerindeki arkadaşlık, akraba ilişkileriyle pekişmektedir. Bu çalışma için hazırlanan anketler Çanakkale ilinde faaliyet gösteren küçük, orta ve büyük ölçekli 23 aile şirketinde orta ve üst düzey yöneticilere, şirket sahiplerine ve tepe yönetim kademelerine uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analiz çalışmasıyla aile şirketlerindeki informel örgüt yapısı ve fiziksel koşulların performans üzerindeki etkileri ve birbirleriyle olan ilişkileri ortaya konularak açıklanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda aile şirketlerinde informel örgüt yapısının üst faktörü olan sosyal ilişkiler boyutunun performans üzerinde olumlu etkisi bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgular kapsamın da sonuç ve öneriler kısmına yer verilmiştir.
In this assignment, the purpose is to study the effects of the informal structure of the family business and physical working conditions on the performance of the company. In the whole world, the family businesses have very significant roles in the economy. Apart from formal structure, family companies build easy informal structures. The informality is being strengthened by the relatives and close relationships in the company. The surveys were done in the city of Çanakkale with twenty three companies. Small, medium and large scaled companies are participated with high level managers and owners for this study. Effects of the ınformal structure of the family business and physical working conditions on the performance and the relationships with these two critical factors were being explained with respect of the analyses results. According to the result, social relationship in the family company has positive effects on the performance. As a result of research, findings were illustrated and suggestion sections.
