Özet
Third-party logistics (3PL) providers have become indispensable partners in modern supply chains, offering specialized expertise to help organizations navigate increasingly complex and globalized operations. As Industry 4.0 technologies transform logistics, companies are expected to collaborate with 3PL providers that can support supply chain processes that are digitally integrated, agile, and data- driven. However, few decision-making frameworks have incorporated Industry 4.0 dimensions into the 3PL selection process. This study proposes an integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model that combines objective data and expert evaluations while maintaining computational efficiency to select the most suitable 3PL provider in the Industry 4.0 context. Criterion weights were determined objectively through the Entropy method, and the alternatives were ranked using the WASPAS method, known for its computational efficiency. According to the WASPAS results, A4 (Q? = 3.153) is identified as the most suitable 3PL provider. A3 (3.114) and A5 (3.068) also stand out as strong candidates, whereas A1 and A2 received lower scores, indicating weaker alignment with the company’s digital transformation and Industry 4.0 objectives. By integrating the Entropy and WASPAS methods, the proposed model provides a systematic and effective tool to support firms in selecting 3PL providers aligned with their digital transformation strategies.
