Özet
Toplumların gelişmesinde ve kalkınmasında girişimcilik kültürü büyük önem taşır. Günümüzde hızla değişen piyasa koşullarında ve küreselleşme sürecinde, şirketlerin sürdürülebilir rekabetçi avantaj elde edebilmesi ve verimliliğini devam ettirebilmesi, işletmelerde iç girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin önemini arttırmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı; girişimcilik ve iç girişimcilik kavramlarını teorik bir çerçevede açıklamak ve işletmelerde iç girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin, örgütün sahip olduğu havanın (iklimin) performansa etkisi göz ardı edilmeden, personel performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu kapsamda yerli ve yabancı kaynaklardan yararlanılarak, çalışmanın birinci bölümünde girişimcilik kültürü, ikinci bölümünde iç girişimcilik, üçüncü bölümünde örgüt iklimi kavramları ayrı ayrı ele alınmış ve bu kavramlar alt başlıklarla incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde ise alan araştırması olarak hizmet sektöründe anket uygulaması yapılmış, toplam 229 personelden toplanan veriler analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar aktarılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre iç girişimcilik ve çalışan performansı ile örgüt iklimi ve çalışan performansı arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Entrepreneurship culture and development in the development of society is very important. Today, globalization and rapidly changing market conditions, companies can achieve sustainable competitive advantage and be able to maintain its productivity has increased the importance of domestic entrepreneurial activity in the company. The purpose of this study; entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship explain concepts in a theoretical framework and business in domestic entrepreneurial activity, the air-owned organizations (climate) without ignoring the effects on performance, staff is to investigate the impact on performance. In this context, benefiting from domestic and foreign sources, the first part of the work culture of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship second part, the concepts discussed in the third part of the organizational climate and these concepts were studied separately with subtitles. In the fourth part of the study area it was made in the services sector survey as research, analyzed data collected from a total of 229 staff were transferred and the results obtained. According to the results obtained intrapreneurship and organizational climate and employee performance and employee performance it has been found to be positive correlation between.
